The Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) led by the CEO, Dr Ezekiel Mutua and the Kenya School of Government(KSG) Director General, Dr. Ludeki Chweya today met with the Isiolo County Governor, H.E Dr Mohammed Kuti for discussions on setting up a Talent and Leadership Development Center in the County.
The Board is collaborating with KSG and the Isiolo County Government in setting up the Center. KFCB will provide technical support including development of film and public performances initiatives while KSG will handle the leadership and training aspects.
“This will also be a center of research and development of Creative Arts; it will be a low cost high impact programme,” said Dr. Ludeki Chweya.
KFCB is partnering with Multi-Choice and Canon among others, with KSG partnering with UNDP as a key partner who will inject in equipment and renovations among other contributions.
