KFCB CEO Dr. Ezekiel Mutua led the Board’s Directors and Senior Management staff on three-day training on Corporate Governance which was conducted by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPACK) at the Lake Naivasha Resort, Nakuru County from 12th -14th June, 2019.
The training aimed at equipping the Board’s Directors and the Senior Management staff with skills on Corporate Governance and leadership as well as improving the Board’s compliance and internal audit effectiveness.
The Board of Directors and the Senior Management staff were also trained on cyber security awareness and the technological trends.
Speaking during the training, the Board’s Chairman Bishop Jackson Kosgei, Emeritus emphasized on the need of strengthening leadership and trust for organizational success.
The Board’s CEO, giving opening remarks during the training stressed on continuous training as a necessity for integrity and efficiency of a functioning organization.
