LANG’ATA ROAD PSV CREW WINS THE 6TH KFCB #FOMUNISAFI CASH AWAR

Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) on 12th June, 2020 awarded the sixth winning crew of
the KFCB #FormNiSafi PSV Awards on Lang’ata Road.
Public Service Vehicle, Registration No. KBB 151F, from the River of God (R.O.G) Sacco, driven
by Chris Oloo and Wycliffe Otieno as the conductor bagged the Ksh.10,000 cash prize.
The crew bagged the cash award for being compliant to the KFCB licensing requirement by
obtaining an exhibitor’s license worth Ksh. 2,000 annually, playing clean content and observing
the COVID-19 guidelines as guided by the Ministry of Health (MoH).
The awarding ceremony was carried out at the Mobil stage near Langa’ta Hospital and was
officiated by KFCB, Regional Head, Nairobi, Mr Justin Ombati accompanied by the campaign coordinator Mr Sammy Ondimu Ngare, a police officer, and one of the Board’s Clean Content
Ambassadors.
Mr Geoffrey Chacha and Samuel Jonabi, who are directors of the Royal Swift Sacco presented the
cash award to the winners.
Also present at the awarding ceremony was Mr Norman Wanjau, the Director of R.O.G Sacco.
This week’s campaign is on Juja road and the winning crew will be announced on Friday 19th June,
2020
